RAPCO Presented in 16th international IRAN PLAST exhibition.
RAPCO and Iran Petrochemical Research and Technology Company signed a cooperation agreement in the field of design and construction of pneumatic conveying and packaging systems Polyolefin production plants at the 16th international IRAN PLAST exhibition.
Presentation of RAPCO capabilities and latest achievement in visualization, virtual reality, and control system development of industrial pneumatic conveying systems:
Interview with the Iran National Broadcasting Service (IRIB) regarding the RAPCO engineering, technical, and constructional services in the pneumatic conveying systems of industrial plants.
As the first and pioneer company in IRAN that succeeded to localize and develop the cutting edge knowledge and science of the industrial scale pneumatic conveying systems design, RAPCO has thrived in the petrochemical sector market gaining the trust of clients and petrochemical companies in the knowledge-transfer, basic design and troubleshooting activities of brand new and existing plants with extensive enterprise corporations may that lead to preventing the withdrawal of money abroad.
For the first time in Iran, RAPCO has executed the HMI interface as the dedicated control system simulation of Pneumatic Conveying Systems (PCS) for independent monitoring and operation management, as well as the extension of virtual reality technology in the 3D design of petrochemical complexes.
By using this technology, for the first time in our country’s petrochemical industry, it is possible to check the prerequisites for setting up units as well as personnel training, operation, repairs of petrochemical complexes virtually gaining considerable savings in time, man-hour, costs, health & environmental issues, and personnel safety (HSE) which can be broadly provided for all industrial complexes and plants.
