Following the trust placed by Tondgouyan Petrochemical Company (TPC) in RAPCO, a contract was awarded for the “Troubleshooting and Debottlenecking of the Pneumatic PTA Powder Conveying System to the PET Unit – Phase I.” The project’s Kick-off Meeting (KOM) was held at the client’s site with representatives from both companies in attendance.

The objective of the project is to identify and resolve operational issues within the pneumatic conveying system, with particular focus on the system’s inability to achieve its design capacity and the accumulation of PTA powder in the guard filters upstream of the compressors in the closed-loop conveying circuit.

During the meeting, key topics including project team organization, documentation framework, project schedule and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), communication channels, and execution procedures were reviewed and agreed upon.

The KOM marks the official launch of the project and establishes a clear, aligned, and efficient roadmap toward its successful execution.
